This note records the main indoor-layer bugs and drift points.

Risks Found

• visibility-manager.js can desync the active floor concept from the actually visible floor set if the floor-change event flow is incomplete.
• updateFloorVisibility() and updateMultiFloorVisibility() rely on filters that can hide everything when the active floor state is missing or stale.
• theme.js and layer-manager.js both make classification decisions from layer IDs, so a new style name can be hidden or recolored accidentally.
• Debug overlays and feature-state hover/selection need to stay consistent or the map can show the wrong room state.
